When does my motorcyle and scooter roadside rescue coverage begin?

Seven (7) days after registration.

How long am I covered?

Emergency roadside rescue coverage is for one full year.

What if I buy a different bike, can I transfer coverage?

Yes, you can transfer coverage once per membership year. Just call the toll-free number on the back of your card to let us know.

Will I be charged a fee for changing my bike info?

No, it’s free.

Can I have my bike towed home if it can’t be left at a shop?

Yes. Your motorcycle or scooter can be towed to the location of your choice.

If I need more than one tow or gas delivery, am I covered?

Yes. You get 2 of each, if required.

What if my motorcycle has to be towed more than 100 kms?

A nominal fee per kilometer over 100 kms would be charged by the towing contractor.

Where can I get my MotoRescue Card and Membership?

Online or at any participating dealer or repair shop listed on our Dealer page.

What type of tow truck will be used?

Only flat beds or trucks properly equipped to transport motorcycles.

Will I be reminded to renew prior to my membership expiry date?

Yes. You will receive a reminder by regular mail to renew approximately 30 days prior to expiry.

Where am I covered?

All of Canada and the Continental United States.

Is the emergency toll-free line available in languages other than English?

Yes. French and Spanish are available, as well.

If a family member or friend is riding my motorcyle or scooter, is it covered?

Yes, but ONLY if they are carrying the MotoRescue Membership Card.
